Club Introduction
As part of Fitness Solution Gym, our Kathriguppe branch is a 3,500 sqr ft facility fully equipped to train Novice through Professional fighters in Muay Thai & MMA sport, we have been operating in this location since 2019.
With 6 women fighters, 4 children under 14 years old, and 30+ National level fighters, this branch has produced 50+ fighters who have won in clubs, states, & other events.
We offer adult classes both in the morning and evening in 4 batches; children’s classes are divided into separate sessions. Below is a schedule of our classes.

Our Facilities
Class Details
Class time per session is 60 minutes, but on some days it can extend to 90 minutes or 105 minutes, There is no extra charge for the extra hours provided, and you can always speak to your coach to leave early/on time if it is more convenient for you.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early, bring your own water bottles, towels, and sanitizers,
