WHAT TO BRING TO MMA CLASSES

  1. Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable athletic wear such as MMA / Muay Thai shorts or any shorts will do and a moisture-wicking shirt. We recommend rash guards for grappling.
  2. Hand Wraps and Gloves: If your class involves striking/ground & pound, bring hand wraps and MMA gloves. These protect your hands and wrists during bag work and sparring.
  3. Mouthguard: Essential for partner drills / sparring drills.
  4. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout your session.
  5. Towel: Useful for wiping sweat and staying dry during breaks.
  6. Training Notebook: Optionally, bring a notebook to jot down techniques or feedback from your instructor.
