WHAT TO BRING TO MUAY THAI CLASS

  1. Appropriate Clothing:
    Muay Thai Shorts: Lightweight and flexible, allowing for a full range of motion.
    T-Shirt or Tank Top: Comfortable and breathable fabric.
  2. Hand Wraps: Essential for protecting your hands and wrists during striking.
  3. Muay Thai Gloves: Typically 12-16 oz gloves for bag work and sparring.
  4. Shin Guards: Protect your shins during sparring and kicking drills.
  5. Mouthguard: Essential for partner drills / sparring drills.
  6. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout your training.
  7. Towel: To wipe off sweat during breaks and after training.
  8. Headgear and Groin Protector (if sparring): For additional protection during sparring sessions.
  9. Ankle Supports (optional): Some practitioners use these for added support during training.
  10. Notebook (optional): Bring a notebook to jot down techniques, combinations, or feedback from your instructor.
